Cancellation Policy - cancel or reschedule through email booking@refugesalonfranklin.com - Please give plenty of notice when cancelling appointments. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the service. No show or cancellations day of will be charged 100% of the service. *If you are 10+ min late for your appointment this may result in a reschedule and charge of missed service. *
